can we launch SHIA CHANNEL IN INDIA

In india approx 3 crore are shia muslims .today media have very much power for propagating their views.and wrongly interprent islamic theology in indian minds.shia islam is very good so shia channel is very compulsory in india for prpagating the true islam among indian people.

As rightly stated by our able scholar Sister and Brother I will add these Words the Preamble of our Shia Channel Should Be Drafted around in What I think ( may be I am wrong) about How Islam Was Spread By Our Rasaol(s.a.w.) and then Carried forward By Our Holy Imaam(a.s.).
Whereas the Holy Prophet(s.a.w), though posessing the power to work any of the miracles wrought by any of His(s.a.w) predecssors Apostles(a.s.) of Allah(swt), needed the least to resort to mircles, for it is no glory or greatness to force a belief or canvass confidence in ones personality by somethinf beyond reasoning. (With This what I am Highlighting is the present state of Mojazai that take place especially around Moharram and am afraid that our new Channel will be full of such incidents which are not from Rooh (Soul) of Islam).
His(s.a.w) mission was to call unto the way of Allah(swt), not by the force of Wonder-Striking Performance but by WISDOM and SWEET SPEECH, Appealing to the good sense of Reasoing Intellect.

excellent ideas Masha Allah.

WIN (world isalmic network) based on Mumbai has already started this channel. But its wrking in Mumbai only till date & that to not in whole Mumbai but in some parts of Mumbai.

WIN has prepared a practical research report as per which it will cost around 7 crore yearly to run our shia channel all over india. 7 crore is a 1st year expense but it will reduce a much once the satellites have been launched Insha Allah.

its an excellent idea to have a channel to create awareness about our ethics, values and most imp our cultures.. The western culture was capture the whole world through media.. And its very sad that not a single muslim channel is so powerfull to communicate. Its an urgent need to have shia channel.i am from kolkata and the knowledge about true shia values is zero here,which hurt me a lot... The case is worst in villages here.We can only reach through channel and educate them.
Money is not the only factor for channel.. There are more than 3 cr shia,if only 10% can contribute just 500, it would serve the need.. But the challenge is who will collect and how.. Also there are lot of corrupted hidden Shias leaders, who will say lot of things like local neta but going to do nothing. The only way we can proceed is to have transparent website, through which all the member can see there contributions and the utilization of their hard earn money in a very open way.we can use mobile media to collect money through short code like its happens now a day in all the tv music show.. Its a very effective mode of collecting money..
Once we arrange the fund.. Then from each city 5 people can be selected to form a trust, who is going to manage the entire work to began with..
Please put your suggestion and lets start on this with deadlines..@

Lets try to complete the Mission of WIN by Collecting Fund from Around world shia community

Any Brother from Mumbai can go to representative of WIN and take permission from them to collect Fund for their "VIEW ISLAM TV" Channel Project and ask them if they r having Ijaza to collect Khums Money form any Maraja

we can use that Power point Presentation of Brother Zaheer Abbas for fund collection and put the contribution Deatail on WIN website if possible

If we work together it looks a possibility.
I have requested the Admin to meet WIN this weekend.
I'm also try to get some other organization, who are working for satellite channels.
Its better if this organization share the air-time between them. This will give variety to the programs. Well known organization from other countries can make funding easier.

Ill talk with this organization and update their names here.
ill also update by Friday the proposal for the organizations
